Plasweld Ltd is a leading specialist Fabricator of Thermoplastic materials which also offers a multiplicity of related Services both in the United Kingdom and Internationally.

The diversity of our operations and services is reflected by, but not restricted to, the key areas as follows:

• THERMOPLASTIC FABRICATION OF THICK GAUGE (>6mm) PLASTIC SHEETS AND FORMS: includes vessels/tanks/trays/sumps/chemical dosing receptacles and more.

• FABRICATION OF THIN GAUGE PLASTIC SHEETS (0.4–1.0mm): includes folded liner modules for gas membranes/water features/aquatics/ponds and lakes.

• PLASTIC WELDING TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION
Qualified and certified staff for all aspects of welding in plastics to BS EN 13067 including:
Extrusion and wedge welding of flexible geomembrane liners(PE)
Extrusion welding, hot gas and butt fusion welding of flat sheet thermoplastics (PP/PE/PVC/PVDF/ECTFE/FEP/PFA)
Butt fusion and electro-fusion welding of small and large diameter plastic pipes (PP/PE/PVDF)
Adhesion bonding of PVC pipes

• CERTIFICATION IN PLASTICS WELDING
Fully accredited and independent certification in all types of welding techniques in full compliance with BS EN 13067 and independently assessed by Lloyd's Register EMEA www.lloydsregister.co.uk

• INSTALLATION CONTRACT SERVICE
Fully trained and insured teams for the installation of:
Geomembrane liner works and all related geosynthetics.
Pipework Small and large bore diameters of plastic pipes and fitting.
Fabrication fittings Full installation and/or supply and installation service.
Plastic vessels and tanks.

• SUPPLY AND SERVICE OF PLASTIC WELDING AND TEST EQUIPMENT
Includes a complete back-up service of all equipment supplied but not limited to:
Wedge and Extrusion Welding equipment
Hot Gas & Air blowers
Intricate tools & Nozzles
Temperature gauges
Tensionmeters
Sundry tools & accessories
Repair and Service
Full PAT testing and certification.
