Plastic welding training and instruction

PLASTIC PIPEWORK WELDING – SMALL AND LARGE BORE

We are able to offer both small (<315mm) and large diameter (>355mm) welding to individual company requirements, in butt fusion, socket fusion and electro-fusion welding processes in PP, PE and PVDF and solvent welding of PVC and ABS.

A full repair service to existing thermoplastic pipes which may require repairs as part of an integrated maintenance programme is also available.

Bespoke fabricated pipe installations are offered by Plasweld where standard fittings are not available.

On–site welding capabilities of plastic pipe and pipe related systems up to 3,5m diameter are also available with our fully trained and experienced welding technicians.
