ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified Trainer (7306) Certified Plastics Welder (1.2, 2.1, 2.1, 3.1, 3.2, 3.4, 3.6, 4.1, 7.4, 7.5) to BS EN 13067

PREVIOUS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: Served apprenticeship as Plastics Fabricator mainly covering the Humber Bank industries, and as Senior Plastics Welding Instructor for TWI Ltd from 1997.

KEY PROJECT INVOLVEMENT: Fabrication of vessels and associated pipework; extraction systems; drainage lines; fume extraction systems etc, in various engineering plastic materials from 2mm thick to 50mm thick sheet and pipes from 20mm diameter to 1metre diameter; and GRP lamination and reinforcement throughout the country. Worked as Senior Plastics Welding Instructor delivering training and certification throughout the British Isles, America and Germany in hot gas, extrusion, butt fusion, socket fusion, electrofusion and injectiweld for fabrication and hot wedge and extrusion for geomembrane welding.
